If you already have a Syndicate and you want to start using My Lotto Syndicate Manager, you can easily do this. It may take a little bit of time to set it up initially, but it will make managing your Syndicate so much easier once you’re up and running!
The process for moving your syndicate is as follows:
- Set up your Syndicate by creating it and choosing your Syndicate settings.
- Once completed, you will be taken to a screen where you can add your members.
- Once all your members have been added, you can add any existing Member balances by clicking on the ‘Add Payments’ link in the Dashboard Quick Menu. Simply enter their existing balance as a payment into each member’s account. Tip: Clicking on the Add button at the end of each line opens another line where you can add another member balance. When finished click on the Submit button to add all the balances at once.
- If you are accumulating your winnings and your members have existing winning balances, you can add these by selecting Administration in the main menu at the top, then Syndicate, then Balances, then Add to Member Winnings. Add all the winning balances for your members here.
If you have any other accumulated winning funds to be used for another purpose it is best to account for this separately or to distribute these funds rather than try and bring them across. When you start a Syndicate on My Lotto Syndicate Manager it will begin with zero balances for any accumulated funds and the total amount won by the Syndicate.
